IN-PERSON WORKSHOP Policy
POLICY:
Masks: In accordance with current and local guidance, all attendees will wear a mask for the duration of the workshop. Masks must be well-fitted (no gaps), of a tightly-woven fabric (loosely-woven “cheesecloth” masks + plastic face shields are not permitted) and worn fully covering both the nose and mouth.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR ARE EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE WORKSHOP, PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP TO CANCEL YOUR WORKSHOP REGISTRATION. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF YOUR WORKSHOP FEE, WHICH CAN BE USED TOWARD ANY FUTURE WORKSHOP ON A FUTURE DATE.
IN THE EVENT THAT I, THE INSTRUCTOR, TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19, ANY WORKSHOPS AFFECTED WILL BE RESCHEDULED. OTHERWISE, ATTENDEES CAN OPT TO RECEIVE A CREDIT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF THEIR REGISTRATION FEE, WHICH CAN BE USED TOWARD ANY FUTURE WORKSHOP.
LOCAL GUIDANCE FOR GATHERINGS WILL BE ADHERED TO AND IF AT ANY POINT COMMUNITY SPREAD INCREASES AND/OR NEW RESTRICTIONS ARE PUT IN PLACE THAT RESULT IN WORKSHOP CANCELATIONS, ALL ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF THEIR REGISTRATION FEE, WHICH CAN BE USED TOWARD ANY FUTURE WORKSHOP.
Participants must use hand sanitizer upon arriving. All surfaces and tools will be sanitized before and after each workshop. The use of shared tools/ surfaces will be limited whenever possible. Hand sanitizer and a sink for hand washing will also be available throughout the class.
participants will be sent a Covid Screening 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, It will need to be completed and the results emailed back to me for final confirmation.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND FOR ANY OTHER REASON, PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN MAKE NOTE FOR A RESCHEDULE, SORRY NO FULL REFUNDS ARE OFFERED IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND A WORKSHOP.
Snacks and beverages will no longer be served. Participants are asked to minimize the consumption of beverages brought from outside.
AGAIN, PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE SITUATION AS A SMALL BUSINESS OPERATING DURING A PANDEMIC, AND REGISTER FOR IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS ONLY IF THESE POLICIES WORK FOR YOU.
